I know this doesn't really go with the theme for this week, "Princess for a day" but I thought I would post it anyway. This is a picture of the tree outside my window. I have never seen these types of flowers before & love the look they create with the fallen roses hanging underneath...so beautiful!

A couple of weeks ago I drove over to play in the daffodil fields and woods with this little guy! He was such a good sport the entire time and gave us such an array of emotions which made for some fun pictures!

13/52- "Just for fun"
Spring is still trying to make it's way to the surface, so I thought it would be fun to take a couple of pictures of the only flower around my entire apartment complex. Even through a recent snowstorm, it still managed to hang on. Yeah for Spring!

12/52- "from the Jewelry box.."
It all started on the island of Grenada. I went to a local Bazaar and saw someone selling earrings and thought, "I want to learn how to do that!" Soon, I was selling them in a nearby hair salon and teaching my friends how to make there own & I owe it all to Hallie Ayers.
Whenever I need to just rest my mind, I pull out the beads..

These are a couple of toys, and books that I loved growing up with! The little yarn dolls were my favorite people to play make believe with, and the books always helped my imagination take off!
Now, these are my daughters and I love watching her play with them!

9/52- "Express yourself". This past week, my friend & I decided to pack up the kids & take a road trip to Virgina & sadly, I forgot what the weekly theme was, so I hope this will do for now.
This is what I saw when I woke up with Piper at 5:30am, Wednesday morning. It is so incredibly gorgeous there! If I had the chance to move to there, I would do it in a heartbeat!

While visiting in Virgina, we also took a mini trip to the Washington DC zoo! My favorite animals, were the big cats! Especially, the new cubs that kept playing around with Daddy's tail.

My father has a tradition of always sending his daughters a bouquet of flowers on Valentines day, no matter where we are. Luv ya Dad.
