Sorry that's it been so long since my last post! Things have just been movin' at the McDaniel house with summer coming and that includes some fun weddings and receptions, like this one! I was able to meet with the bride a little before the reception and capture a couple pictures of her by herself. She had the most AMAZING bouquet, complete with porcelain flowers of all kinds. There was a very cool vintage theme woven through-out, which included old bird cages, and glass blown balls to name a few... I was just excited to capture such a unique reception!

I had so much fun taking pictures of my good friends, the Johnson's! We went to Liberty State Park, which was perfect with it's mix of old trains, brick walls and the NYC skyline across the water! Luckily, we missed the rain and had a good time playing in the Park! Thanks you guys for letting me hang out with your beautiful family again!

Lady Liberty

Last Saturday, we paid a visit to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island! It was the first time we had been able to climb to the crown and experience all the different levels of the Statue of Liberty. It was really beautiful being that close to such an amazing symbol of our country. We also spent some time on Ellis island, where they were having a huge ceremony honoring
Ethnic diversity. On our ferry there, we were lucky to join a happy group of Italian musicians, & some beautiful Indian dancers, which I was more than thrilled to snap a couple pictures of!
