We decide to re-sand our kitchen table and paint it black, so Gabe being the helper that she is, wanted to paint with Dad and it turned out to be (as my Dad would say) a good "teaching moment!"
(I also thought it would be fun to post process these with a darker feel, since it is almost Halloween!)

I know I have said this before, but I just love the fall. All the different colors and nice breezes. Yesterday, I walked outside to watch Gabe & Ethan play pretend firefighter's, and when I looked down I saw this nice little pattern of leaves at my feet. Really, there is beauty everywhere.

One of our favorite parks to take walks in is Bryant Park! It always has a bunch of Canadian Geese in the pond and sometimes you will catch this beautiful, white crane, slowly enjoying the water..
The other day I looked out my apartment window and noticed the leaves were starting to change colors on me. All of the bright green colors are slowly fading into scarlett red and it made me want to grab my camera and run outside. So I did! And this is what I got! I love the fall!!
A little ways back, we decided to pay a visit to Uncle Cole. He had recently moved into his newly built home, in Park City, Utah. While visiting, I tried to snap a couple of pictures of how incredibly beautiful it all was. I wish I could have worked on more, but as anyone with kids knows...time is a precious commodity and it sometimes goes to more important things...like playing Barbie's with your 5 year old, or blowing raspberries on your babies chubby tummy. So, I wasn't able to post process as many pictures as I would have liked, which in the end, is sometimes ok.
We ventured out of New Jersey last Saturday and decide to go to Philly to explore! We ended up at the Philadelphia Museum of Art, which was so much fun! Here are just a couple shots I snapped while walking with the family.

Ok, so I just loved this picture of little Piper and thought it showed off her personality so well so I thought I would post it! No special reason, besides the fact that I think she is so stink'n cute!
I just wanted to tell these two that I appreciated how flexible they were during our shoot! My husband called during the shoot, because my 4 year old came down with two bad earaches, so we had to hurry and finish a little sooner than normal. They were both so sweet in trying to help us anyway they could! Thanks so much you two and good luck in your future wedding!
