This is what I saw when I looked up at the sun today. Kind of freaky and incredible at the same time. They call it a "Sun Dog" which also interprets into "beside the sun." This is created by ice crystals around the sun. If the crystals are randomly oriented, a complete ring around the sun is seen and if by chance they become vertically aligned, so sunlight is refracted horizontally, then Sundogs are seen. When Renny's mother was here visiting a couple of weeks ago, we decided to head into town and go see the fish market. It had been a good weekend for the fishermen, because the fish were piled up high on the counters, as if waiting for eager customers to snatch them up.

We went to Poppa's barn back in the fall and I took a couple of shots of some of the horses there. Just felt like working on them finally and posting them.

The New Haircut!

On Saturday, Gabe finally got her hair cut! This was her first "official" haircut done in a salon. She was so excited afterwards and walked around like a proud little peacock! I think she looks adorable and that it fits her so well!
